Project Details

This Missing Middle project offers 12 thoughtfully designed townhomes in Fairfield. Designed to read as a three-storey, six-unit walk-up rowhouse, the building contributes to a pedestrian-friendly streetscape with active frontages and distinct, ground-oriented entries.

 

Each home features a private patio or porch at its entrance, enhancing the sense of home and individual identity. Clear signage and lighting ensure safe, intuitive access to rear-entry units.

 

Landscaping is strategically placed to highlight unit entrances, soften hardscape and pathways, enhance privacy for neighbouring yards, and define on-site uses. Permeable pavers are used throughout to support rainwater management, while the site design prioritizes the retention of existing trees—preserving natural features and contributing to the urban forest.”
